Specific Job Description

RMSL is a growth company with an outstanding job opportunity for a Junior Test Engineer position in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. RMSL has the opportunity to win a contract as a sub-contractor with responsibility to provide staffing needs in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. RMSLS is partnering with Battelle Memorial Institute as a sub-contractor for this effort.

Duties Include:

​Battelle’s Aviation Security Division provides research development test and evaluation services to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL). The qualified candidate for this position will support the advanced imaging technology (AIT) developmental test and evaluation (DTE) contract for the TSL following activities:

• Support the conduct of system testing, collect test data, and assist with data analysis/scoring.

• Support maintenance of application specific software to improve test efficiency, quality assurance and/or ease of operation.

• Assist test subject, i.e. mock passengers with surrogate threat material placement and ensure proper test case execution.

Required Skills

• Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering or Computer Science.

• Sole US Citizenship with eligibility and willingness to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance and to obtain DHS Suitability.

• Candidate should have strong oral and written communication skills.

• Candidate should be highly motivated and self-starters with a strong desire to learn.

Desired Skills

• Computer data processing and/or GUI software application development experience.

• Prior system test experience.

• Prior experience working for TSA or DHS.

• DoD Secret security clearance.
